Terms of Service

Welcome to LEO, the online golf coaching service offered by Joe Meglen, PGA (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What LEO is

LEO builds personalized golf practice sessions (lessons, drills, and adjustments) from Joe Meglen's coaching material, assisted by AI. It is practice guidance, not an in-person lesson. AI-generated content can occasionally be imperfect; use your own judgment, play within your physical limits, and stop any drill that causes pain or discomfort. LEO is not medical advice.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; accounts are not transferable. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) to use the service.

3. Subscription, pricing, and tokens

LEO Basic is a monthly subscription of $16.67/month, billed through Stripe. That total is $16.16 plus a $0.51 processing and platform fee.
Each billing month, your account receives a grant of coaching tokens. Lessons, mid-session adjustments, drill swaps, and session finishers each use tokens. The monthly grant is sized to comfortably cover a heavy month of practice.
Tokens are a usage measure, not currency. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and unused tokens do not roll over or convert to refunds.
New accounts receive a small free starter grant so you can try LEO before subscribing.

4. Billing, cancellation, and failed payments

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal; access continues through the end of the period you've paid for.
If a renewal payment fails, we'll keep your access open for a 3-day grace period while the payment is retried. If it still fails, access pauses until payment succeeds.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll make it right.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no sharing accounts, scraping, reselling access, attempting to extract the underlying models or coaching content, probing security, or using the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content and intellectual property

All coaching videos, drill content, text, and branding belong to Joe Meglen, PGA or his licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own practice. You may not download, redistribute, or republish coaching content.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee specific golf results, uninterrupted availability, or that every AI-generated session will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or the service (including token prices and grant sizes) as it evolves. For material changes we'll post the update here and refresh the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
